NOTE: You can create multiple LRP carts. I personally like to keep my main LRP cart for my usual monthly staples - MetaPWR Advantage, LifeLong Vitality, PB Restore & Terrazyme.

I will "Create A New LRP" order, as seen in the second video "How to edit an existing LRP order" when I want to purchase BOGOs, Holiday items or place an order AFTER my already normal monthly LRP has processed. I do this so I don't mess up my normal, existing LRP cart, but still get the reward points for an additional order that month.

To get started, simply add your products to the cart, choose “Create a new Loyalty Order,” and choose an available recurring date for your order to ship each month.

STEP 2:

Change It Up

Every month before your scheduled shipment date, access your Loyalty Order and switch out the contents for what you want to receive, and save your order. You can pick your favorites again or try something new!

How to accumulate reward LRP points

When you create an Loyalty Rewards Program Order (LRP) with 50 PV or more of product in your cart, you’ll earn a percentage of your order’s PV total back in points. ✅

Each point is worth a dollar, which can be redeemed for doTERRA products. (Hello free product!)

You can earn up to 30% back on your purchases!

You'll start at 10% when you create your first LRP order, the longer you participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP), the more points you can earn and the more free product you can get!

I love to use my points to stock up on our household essentials such as toothpaste, face wash, laundry detergent, deodorant, Yarrow|POM, Reveal System, Sunscreen, and those staple oils we always seem to run out of! 🤪

Month 1-3: you'll earn 10% back on each purchase in rewards points.
Month 4-6: you'll earn 15% back on each purchase in rewards points.
Month 7-9: you'll earn 20% back on each purchase in rewards points.
Month 10-12: you'll earn 25% back on each purchase in rewards points.

What is PV?

PV stands for Personal Volume.

Each doTERRA product has an assigned PV value, which means your order will have a PV total (different than the dollar price).

Can I choose which product I get in my LRP cart each month?

Yes! Your Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) Order is fully customizable every single month. Think of it like a Wellness Box. You get to choose what you put into your Wellness Box each month. Keep your favorite items in your cart month-after-month or change things up & save your cart before your usual auto-ship date. You can also choose to "Process Now" your cart if you don't want to wait until your auto-ship date.

I always have the MetaPWR Advantage, LifeLong Vitality, Terryzyme Digestive Enzymes, DigestZen Softgels, PB Retore, and PB Assist+ in my cart month after month. They have helped my wellness 10-fold and I don't want to miss a single day not having them. I then add in anything else I want to get each month and mix it up. I like to try different oils or get a Limited Time Offer product before it sells out.

How much free product am I realistically able to get with my points?

One point equals one dollar toward doTERRA product! 1️⃣ = 💵

You can redeem as many points as you have available on any order, but your points must cover the full dollar amount of the product’s price to be redeemed.

I like to save my points up for a few months and then go on a little shopping spree with them. Stocking up on all of our staples or things I want to try.

You will not be able to use your points on Limited Time Offers (LTOs), or brand-new launched products right away. You are still able to get 100s of other products with your points. You will be surprised how quickly you accumulate points! 💃

NOTE: In order to redeem reward points on a doTERRA product, you must have enough points to cover the full wholesale cost of the product. Your reward points cannot be redeemed to buy products partially.

How many reward points will I get each month?

You will start earning reward points at a rate of 10% of your order PV.

For example: When you are within the first 1-3 months, you'll be accumulating at a rate of 10%. So you'll get 5 points back for an order of 50 PV.

The longer you participate, the more reward points you can earn — up to 30% off your total monthly Loyalty Rewards Program orders!

When you've been placing at least 50PV orders for over 13 months, you'll be accumulating at a rate of 30%. So you'll get 15 points for an order of 50 PV.

When will I get my points?

Rewards points are calculated at the end of each month and will show up in your account around the 15th of the month following your last qualifying Loyalty Reward Program Order.

A qualifying order is an LRP order over 50PV or more.

How long do I have to use my points?

Reward points will expire after 12 months. So make sure to use them before then!

Can I cancel my LRP order at any time?

Yes! You can cancel your Loyalty Reward Program (LRP) Order at any time!

Because your reward points are a perk of the program, accumulated points are lost upon cancellation.

To make sure no one loses their points by mistake, doTERRA requires a quick call to Member Services to cancel your LRP Order.

What if I have issues processing my LRP Order?

Important Details about the

doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program

You must order a minimum monthly LRP Order of 50 PV to earn reward points.
Orders with a minimum of 1 PV will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points. This allows you to essentially stay where you are at. If you do not process an LRP order one month, you loose all accumulated points and your %percentage spot. NOTE: some people's payment method fails and they didn't realize it accidentally causing them to not process an LRP that month. You'll want to turn on text and email notifications about your LRP order so you don't miss any important notifications.
No maximum monthly points accumulation limit! (Yippee!)
Reward points expire 12 months from the date of issue. Don't forget to use them!
Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only. You can't use them on already discounted items.
Reward points can be redeemed by phone (1-800-411-8151) or online in your shopping cart.
A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply. This is why I like to accumulate my points for a few months, and then redeem all in the same month on a shopping spree!
New members can participate in the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program the month after they’ve enrolled. You enroll in January, you can start your LRP orders in February.
Points from loyalty orders are added to your account on the 15th of the month after the order was placed. You place January's LRP order, you'll see your reward points in your account on Feb 15th.
All reward points and percentage will be immediately canceled with LRP cancellation. Make sure to use all your points before you cancel!
Reward points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable.
Products purchased with reward points are not for resale.

* Loyalty Rewards orders must exceed 50 PV per single order to earn Reward Points.
